    Now I Am Ready...

Of course, there is an enormous hype over Ghost Recon: Advanced Warfighter. Being a huge Ghost Recon fan since the original, I am unbelieveably pumped for this game. Well, then again, I have been pumped for this game since about the middle of last year when I actually went to the store to preorder it considering at that time it was to be a launch game. Now, I know for a fact that a few months ago, no one gave a damn about this game. Honestly, I do not think many people would have really given a shit about this game if it had not been delayed. With a drought of games for the Xbox 360, everyone is begging for pretty much any new game they can get their hands on. This was exactly what happened with Fight Night Round 3. All everyone talked about through January was Fight Night. You could not even take a look at the Xbox forums without someone mentioning something about Fight Night. People that have never touched a boxing game in this life were even looking forward to this game. See any similarities with Ghost Recon yet? Now that Fight Night has been out for almost two weeks, you will hardly see any posts about Fight Night. It came, it went. No doubt, Fight Night is a great game, but it is nothing that amazing. The point is, I do not think Ghost Recon will live up quite to the hype that it has right now, for a lot of people. Sure, many will love it, but i'd estimate about almost half the people that buy it will throw it down after a week or two. If you haven't played much Ghost Recon before, I doubt that is going to change for you.
